ONGOING EVENT THEME OR WHATEVER
[When you wake up this morning, the mansion looks considerably... spookier.
The walls seem creakier. The wallapaper's peeling. Spiderwebs and an inch of dust coat everything. It looks like nobody's been here in ages, and the shadows are very dark and deep.
There's a chill in the air and a sense that something's watching you.

It's harder to hurt yourself with a crowbar but you need to be at close range. Same for a bat. Stun guns are fine but I don't know how they'll affect these things.
And there's no really "safe" weapon. Especially if you're untrained and you only have one hand free.
